Neon has been a huge trend since Spring, but sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming. Pairing a neon top or skirt with a neutral counterpart can balance out the color. Neutrals such as browns, navy, white, gray, or black can balance out a bright and fun piece to prevent looking like a cartoon character.
