Beta Burger in Mission Hill

Recently celebrating their 3-month anniversary is Beta Burger, conveniently located steps outside the Roxbury Crossing T stop in Mission Hill. I recently went in with a few fellow bloggers to customize our own burgers on a snowy Tuesday evening.

Their selection is moderately priced with add-ons from caramelized onions to marshmallows available for your choosing. All of their burgers are cooked sous-vide to give you the juiciest possible burger while ensuring that it is cooked thoroughly. One of my favorite offerings is the shakeable fry option. Pick your poison of four flavor packets, add to your bag, shake, and enjoy!
