- There were typically no size zero's pre- 1990's.
- Most tags were embroidered onto cloth tags or the actual piece between 1920's-1940's.
- Most clothes were not made in China, as many are today. Check for a union label.
- Most zippers were rounded, not "pointed" as most are today. Some recognizable vintage zipper brands are Lightning, and Talon.
