I have never been a big pancake eater, and if I make them I just use
this trusty recipe for pancakes, but I decided to jazz them up a little. These sweet pancakes are perfect on a Sunday morning or whenever you have time to indulge in something sweet, no syrup or butter needed. *Please note I cut the recipe in half from the website.*
I incorporated 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts, 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, and 1 - 1/2 banana. Simply mash or blend the banana until it can blend easily in the batter, then fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
