When it comes to food, there isn't much I love more than truffles. Truffle cheese, truffle butter, truffle cream, you name it I'll try it. But, I haven't done much cooking with truffles before recently.
This recipe combines three things I love truffles, cheese, and pasta, for the ultimate dish of mac and cheese. I opted to use
Black Truffle Moliterno Cheese instead of Truffle Oil and for cheese used
Twin Oaks Cheddar and
Gruyere.
