Review: Nivea Kiss Of Moisture Hydrating Lip Care SPF 4

Today's review will be on the Nivea Kiss of Moisture. There are several different Nivea Kiss of; products available. There is the Kiss of Moisture Essential Lip Care, Kiss of Moisture Hydrating Lip Care(what I have), Kiss of Protection, Kiss of Shimmer(pearly), Kiss of Flavor (passion fruit, cherry), Kiss of Rejuvination, and Kiss of Shine(pink, natural, red). These are all available at drugstore.com for anywhere from $2-$4. This product has SPF 4, and it is 0.17oz. This was made in Germany, and the color is just clear. It is a pretty thick container, it's definately bigger then a softlips, so it might not fit in your teeny tiny wristlets. This lipbalm is my new obsession. It moisturizes my lips so nicely, and even protects them from the sun in the winter. It feels really smooth on lips, and it's not too heavy feeling. It just kind of smells like your average chapstick, but feels so good on your lips. I definately reccomend this for dry lips, or any lips!

Tip du Jour: Top 3 Beauty Multitaskers

If you spend alot of money on makeup and beauty supplies, you want to get the best bang for your buck, so here are my top 3 beauty products that can multitask.

1. Vaseline. What doesn't this do, I like putting it on my elbows, knees, and feet before bed to keep them smooth, especially in these dry winter months. It can also easily remove the excess black under your eye with a small dab on a q-tip. I like using it on my lips to do the old-fashioned vaseline on a toothbrush trick to exfoliate your lips. It is also great for moisturizing lips. For those with aging skin; slather on some vaseline to keep your skin from aging. And for those with kids, this reduces irritation from diaper rash.

2. MAC Clear Brow Set. I use this daily on my eyebrows to keep them in place, and it does a great job! If I am doing a more natural look, I can put a coat on my lashes for a casual look. It is also great for combing down fly aways or "baby hairs". I probably use this 3 days of the week on my lower lashes to open my eyes a little more.

3. Downy Simple Pleasures Dryer sheets. Not only do these keep clothes smelling fresh from the dryer, but they have two other purposes. I like using this to tame fly aways and static hair, and it freshens the scent at the same time! Another great this is to place it in the bottom of stinky shoes to freshen them overnight.

Review: CHI Silk Infusion

As you may know, I bought a CHI Silk Infusion at Costco. I have had a week to try it out, and I am really enjoying it. The silk infusions are available in 3 sizes; 12fl oz, 6fl oz, 2fl oz. I purchased the 6fl oz infusion for $9.99 at Costco. CHI products are sold at several stores such as Folica.com, Ulta, Marshalls & Costco Ulta is the only store I have seen them being sold full price, but Marshalls, Costco, and Folica.com sell them at least $10-$12 less. I like to apply it after straightening my hair completely, just before I apply hair spray. The product is a medium consistency, and the color is a light yellow gold. It is an oil, so I wouldn't reccomend apply it to the roots of your hair because it will make your hair look greasy. I apply a dime sized amount into my palm and apply it onto the last 7 inches or so of my hair. It doesn't smell good, but it doesn't smell godawful. If you are interested in purchasing one for yourself, you can get it on Folica.com I hope you enjoyed this quick review!
