Happy (belated) Purim! Hamantaschens are the quintessential Purim dessert, and chocolate happens to be my favorite flavor. Please not that I didn't take a lot of photos because my cell phone decided to somehow not save the photos taken of the dough and cookies pre-baked. I would like to note that for the recipe, once you use a cup to get a good circle, roll the dough a little more to make the circle bigger so you can fit more chocolate inside!
