As I say my goodbyes preparing to go off to college this week, I went out to grab a quick brunch with family. I love this top (I got it for over 60% off at Bloomingdales) especially because I never thought I could pull off peplum, but it turns out that I can. The bright color paired with fun accessories was the perfect outfit for the occasion.
